The restaurant La Table du Marché is a friendly, modern establishment that gives pride of place to fresh, local produce. We're looking for a passionate cook to join our dynamic team and help create tasty dishes.
Missions :
- Prepare and cook home-made dishes according to the menu and the chef's suggestions
- Guarantee the quality, taste and presentation of plates
- Participate in menu design and implementation
- Comply with hygiene and food safety standards
- Work with the kitchen and dining room teams
Profile required:
- At least 2 years' experience in traditional or bistronomic cuisine preferred
- Good knowledge of culinary techniques and workstation management
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Organizational skills, rigor and creativity
